A case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid gland

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid gland (PSCCT) is a rare neoplasm of the thyroid with a poor prognosis. We present a 70-year-old male patient who presented with a progressively growing mass on the left side of the neck causing shortness of breath.
